Carcy Magazine is a Paris-based biannual journal focusing on the topics and representations of eroticism.
For this special editorial titled “The Witch’s Caress”, a series of photographs were created with photographer Camille Vivier and stylist Leopold Duchemin.

The editorial depicts strikingly beautiful nude and clothed figures taking a part in a gathering that resembles the witches’ Sabbath deep in the woods.
Bodies are lying bare on the earth. The harsh contrast between the soft flesh and the rough nature creates a mystical, ethereal and sensual world.

Camille Vivier is a French photographer; whose works often feature strong female nudes. Vivier started career as an assistant at Purple magazine and has since contributed to various publications such as i-D, Dazed & Confused, Another, Re-Edition, Numero and so on.
Leopold Duchemin is a Paris-based stylist, who has worked for Purple, Magazine Antidote, INDIE and so on.

Carcy Magazine（カーシー・マガジン）はパリを拠点に年二回発行されるエロティシズムに関するトピックと表現に焦点を当てたファッション・アート・ジャーナルです。
今回のコラボレーションには、写真家のCamille Vivier（カミーユ・ヴィヴィエ）とスタイリストLeopold Duchemin（レオポルド・ドゥシェマン）を迎え、"The Witch's Caress"（魔女の抱擁）と題された写真作品を作り上げました。

この作品では、奥深い森の中で魔女のサバトを彷彿させる儀式を行う女性たちの姿が捉えられています。
柔らかな肉体と荒々しい自然との対比が神秘的でセンシュアルな世界観を生み出しています。

Camille Vivier（カミーユ・ヴィヴィエ）は女性の身体をテーマにした作品で知られるフランス人写真家です。Purple Magazine（パープル・マガジン）のアシスタントとしてキャリアをスタートしたヴィヴィエは、 i-D、 Dazed & Confused、 Another、 Re-Edition、 Numeroなどの撮影を手がけてきました。
Leopold Duchemin（レオポルド・ドゥシェマン）はパリを拠点にするスタイリストで、Purple、Magazine Antidote、 INDIEなどの雑誌で活躍しています。
