aleï journal is a biannually published magazine that mixes raw fashion, personal photography, interviews and portfolios of artists or intimate essays.
Its aim is to explore fashion with a sentimental and personal perspective by creating fantasy in the already existing.

For this story, Spanish-born and London-based photographer Robi Rodriguez captures PERVERZE’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection through an intimate lens.
Set in the homes of Cape Verdean women living in Lisbon, the images evoke a deeply realistic, documentary-like atmosphere — grounded in the quiet details of everyday life.

Known for his raw yet refined visual language, Rodriguez has contributed to publications such as Dazed & Confused, AnOther Magazine, i-D, and Vogue, and has shot campaigns for Balenciaga, Givenchy, and Diesel.
His work draws from a sensibility that feels both modern and timeless, constantly in dialogue with the shifting currents of contemporary culture.
